小草莓起司蛋糕

底:A.消化餅120g
B.細砂糖15g
C.無鹽奶油(加熱至融)55g
內餡:A.奶油起司(室溫)454g
B.細砂糖100g
D.蛋(室溫)2顆
E.香草精1t
F.酸奶油(室溫)120g
裝飾: A.融化的巧克力適量
B.草莓或其他水果適量

1 底的做法:
1.將消化餅乾弄碎,加入細砂糖拌勻.

2 2.將融化的奶油倒入,拌勻.

3 3.準備12連杯烤盤,烤盤上放好紙杯後,將拌好的料平均放到杯中,用手壓平後蓋上保鮮膜放入冰箱備用.

4 內餡做法:
1.奶油起司用電動打蛋器打散後加入B&C&E攪拌均勻.

5 2.先加入一顆蛋攪拌均勻後再加入另一顆蛋攪拌均勻

6 3.加入酸奶油再次攪拌均勻.

7 結合:
1.將12連杯烤模從冰箱取出,將內餡均分到入後,將烤盤端起來朝桌面震,讓內餡表面變平.

8 2.放入預熱150度的烤箱烤20分鐘後取出放涼後,用保鮮膜覆蓋,放入冰箱冰4個小時.

9 裝飾:
1.冰好後將蛋糕從烤模取出後,將紙杯和蛋糕分離.

10 2.可以用熱水泡抹平刀(或小刀),在用衛生紙擦乾後,修飾蛋糕邊邊.

11 3.融化的巧克力裝擠花袋,在蛋糕上畫W,在上面擺上喜歡的水果,就完成搂!
